Refund Policy

Conditions for Refunds

You can always change your mind and ask for a refund of the purchase before you receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. For being eligible for a refund after the products are shipped, you should provide the reasons for lack of satisfaction by email to biuro@kapadokya.pl

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within three working days.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you in three working days after we’ve received and inspected your refund request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within three working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
